Congratulations to Kate Day of the Residential Conveyancing team at Thatcher + Hallam who has recently passed her latest round of exams. Kate has worked as a Conveyancer at Thatcher + Hallam since 2015 and is an experienced and highly respected residential property conveyancing expert, having dealt with the buying and selling of homes for many years.

George Persson, Training Principal at Thatcher + Hallam said, "We are really pleased for Kate. Whilst she's fully qualified to do the job already we are always keen to support our staff to reach the next level of qualification. Kate has worked tremendously hard over the last few months. It's been an especially busy period for our conveyancing team and she's managed to study alongside providing an exceptional service to her clients. We look forward to seeing her continue to flourish in her career."

Kate said, "I am really pleased to have passed my latest exams and am grateful for the support and encouragement from my colleagues in the Conveyancing Team, as well as the wider team at Thatcher + Hallam. I am now looking forward to completing my portfolio, which will lead me to my final qualification. In the meantime, it's a case of continuing with the work I really enjoy - working closely with clients as they buy and sell their homes." Kate is a member of an extremely experienced Conveyancing Team at Thatcher + Hallam.
