Business news, and Allen Residential has continued to expand, buying the oldest of all of Midsomer's estate agents, Michael Gould Property.

Michael Gould was based next door to the Nat West bank and the namesake owner has decided to retire, at 85, so Allen Residential took on the business and two of its expert staff.

Its been an extremely busy year for James Allen and his team at Allen Residential.

With the business seeing substantial growth in the last five years Allen Residential has been focusing on their core business and enhancing their offering to their existing clients, whilst constantly looking to grow their portfolio of rental properties to satisfy client demand.

A bi product of their growth has been the search for more good quality, experienced property experts.

Allen Residential are pleased to confirm the successful purchase of Michael Gould Property in Midsomer Norton and its two long term and highly experienced employees Danielle Andrews and Jessica Austin.

Allen Residential is now one of the largest Residential Sales & Lettings companies in the immediate area and are looking to further grow their portfolio of managed properties within the immediate area.

James himself started in the estate agency business, aged 19 in Midsomer Norton working for an independent, before working in Bath for five years and later managing an estate agency in Chew Magna.

He told Nub News : " I set up Allen residential on my own in Paulton in 2005 and we have been there ever since."
