How is the Town Park project coming along?

Nub News went there yesterday (July 22) to check on progress.

The idea is ambitious - and costly - and is expected to take a number of years to complete the park, with work being progressed in phase as streams of funding become available.

Owned by the Town Council the space has been given to the Town Trust which now manages the project.

In total the area is around eight acres of parkland - and if you do take the time to climb up through the park you will be rewarded with views over Midsomer Norton and the whole Somer Valley.
