After the recent Centenary Celebrations of the Radstock side of the Midsomer Norton and Radstock Branch of the Royal British Legion, a Rowan tree was planted by the West of England Mayor, Dan Norris, by the War Memorial at Radstock.

This weekend, a brass plaque, commemorating the event, was fixed into position by the Chairman of the Branch, Martin Feeney. Martin is pictured attaching the plaque to the low wall by the Centenary Tree.

The standard is made ready for the service on April 6.
