Midsomer Norton is increasingly getting back to a sense of near normal along its High Street, with no sign today (June 24) of any socially distanced barricades being put into place.

The biggest charity shop in the town Dorthy House Hospice, which is in The Hollies will be re-opening July 1.

There has also been a small change of location with the Town Hall registrar in Midsomer Norton now in the small building to the left of the Hollies.

The biggest clothes shop in Midsomer Norton, the chain M&Co opened back up on Saturday and will now be open 9-5 every working day.

Coming up tomorrow on Midsomer Norton Nub News - a profile of the Midsomer Norton Craft Shop - which amazingly has reported its best ever sales record as it re-opened after lockdown. Everything in the shop - from candles to kids' clothes is made locally.
