The long running application to build 81 homes on the former factory site, St Peter's continues, with an application to discharge two conditions surrounding application: 20/00780/COND.

The developers have investigated the site, checking whether it has any historical importance after seeing a map from 1867 of the Waldergrave Estate in the Manor of Radstock, which showed lime kilns on the land.
