Clements in Radstock spent yesterday (May 6) dressing their window to commemorate Victory in Europe day tomorrow.

The window display is in honour of all the local men and women who lost their lives in both wars and a way of celebrating the peace declared 75 years ago.

All the plans that Radstock had for commemorating the day, including street parties and pressing a special medal for those who not only fought in the wars but also supported the war efforts at home, have been put on hold due to coronavirus.

But the pharmacy team are hoping other businesses in Radstock will decorate their windows to show support.
