Up for auction, the Radstock Co-op site

The Radstock Co-op building is up for auction.
This could be yours for over half a million which is the guide price for the building, which is being sold on April 19. That is for the freehold building of which the company leases 3571 square feet.
According to the auction details, that brings in a rent of £50,000 a year.
The new smaller Radco has been in its new home since August 2020.
