On Friday

What's In a name ? Delightful concert by local musicians Trio Paradis. Armstrong Gibb's Suite for Piano Trio, The Three Graces - musical portraits of three female friends of the composer - as well as a few pieces of music by composers with unusual names. Home-made cakes, and tea & coffee from 12 noon. HERE: at Midsomer Norton Town Hall

On Saturday

Somerset Farmers Markets are back at The Hollies in Midsomer Norton - and it may not feel like it but there will be a new spring flower stall.

Also Saturday, the trains are back at the station and they are hoping to have our Second hand Book emporium also opened on both days, with a large selection of Railway & Transport books. Get a ticket to ride

And a date for your diary, next week it is the second of the returning talks from the Bygone Days Team.

"Not all Beer and Skittles" by Martin Horler, who is also a trustee of Radstock Museum, will be at 7.30pm at The Somer Centre in Midsomer Norton.

April 5, he will be offering up an illustrated talk on the activities, pastimes and clubs that took place in and around the local pubs, inns and ale houses. Entrance £4 on the door. All welcome.
