They say : " We have an exciting opportunity available for you to learn all the skills required to become a qualified trades person, within our talented Inhouse Maintenance Service (IMS) team. You will be based in and around the Bristol/Radstock area." Best of all the apprenticeship open to anyone from 16 - 65. Pay is £22,717 deadline to apply July 2 you will need a driving licence. The company adds that they may also able to offer part time and flexible working - a minimum of 30 hours per week will be required for the apprenticeship.
Centre Parcs at Longleat is hosting a job event - everything from housekeeping to greeting guests and bar work. Details on the poster here:
There is a job for a Team Leader (Supported Living) based around B&NES. Salary: £16.00 per hour which is advertised as full time although part time is available and has 33 days per year (pro rata) Full driving licence and car required for this role. They write : "Work for an Outstanding rated CQC provider who operates in the BNES area. " To apply see HERE
They are looking for a Sales Assistant for 12 hours at the toy shop, the Entertainer in Midsomer Norton, typically four hours a time over three days. It is a temporary contract, They post: "we want you to be : confident and approachable, hardworking and ambitious, caring and passionate." For more details pop into the shop on the High Street.
And a vacancy for a Support Coordinator for Connections Day Services, Radstock, which provides a building-based day service for adults with learning disabilities. They say : "You will be supported by the Day Service Manager to oversee the smooth running of the Day Service by dealing with service user, staffing and logistical issues as they arise. These issues will vary on a day-to-day basis and the post holder will need to use acquired skills and experience in signposting, problem solving and escalating concerns to the Day Service Manager. This is a demanding role in a busy environment and although you will be supported by the Day Service Manager and other Support Coordinators you will also need to think on your feet and deal with multiple issues at once."
