Our client based on the outskirts of Bath seeks a Maintenance Operative to work alongside the Maintenance Manager .

The role will involve both preventative and reactive maintenance duties both internally and externally - from changing light bulbs to ensuring the outside of the building is in good repair.

Due to the nature of our clients business the ideal candidate does not need to be a skilled trades person but someone who has the ability to undertake possible maintenance issues. They will also need to possess great customer services skills be polite and professional. Be able to carry out instructions under their own steam without being mircro - managed.

Hours will be daytime hours to coincide with co-work between the hours of 7amand 5pm (8 hour shifts).

Rate of pay is 12.50 + depending on relative experience.
