A challenging church run with a difference - join them next month in Midsomer Norton

Plenty of Somer runners and many others, including the four legged kind, enjoyed the 5k run in the Midsomer Norton Town Park on Saturday.

Organised by Welton Church the run was described as great fun, but challenging.

The run takes place every month - the next dates are February 4, March 4 and April 1.

It starts at 9am at the entrance to the Somer Centre, Gullock Tyning, postcode, MSN BA3 2UH. You can run or walk, these free timed events for the community are aimed at encouraging runners and walkers to be active and enjoy the Town Park. Registration, refreshments and toilets will be at the Somer Centre. If you would like to take part, please register by clicking here.
