Bini Fine foods produces authentic Indian frozen ready meal curries, hand cooked using family recipes and they are based in Chilcompton.

They are looking for a hard working, enthusiastic assistant production cook who is passionate about spices and curry. Who wants to work in a small business environment.

Experience, and skills and attributes they are looking for :-

🽠Minimum Level 2 food hygiene certification to work towards level 3

ðŸ' Has worked in a food manufacturing / catering environment ( ideal) and has an understanding of large batch production.

Wants to work in a fast paced environment and learn new skills

ðŸ½Will work under Chef direction and the owner.

Have the ability to work alone and as part of a team.

ðŸ‹ï¸‍ï¸Must be able to stand for long hours, be physically fit.

ðŸ' We are based in a rural setting so own transport is required.

good level of English and maths is essential

To follow precise recipes and techniques

ðŸ' Excellent communication skills

ðŸ'Trustworthy

They say they will teach you everything from preparing and cooking the dishes, learning the HACCP procedures, packing, dispatching and ordering goods in. Keeping the kitchen, warehouse are clean and tidy is part of the role.

It's the opportunity for someone looking to join a growing business and wants to get stuck in.

The company operates throughout all year round with Christmas and New Year closure.

The job will have a phased trail period and a review thereafter.
