A course is coming from Bath College - but run remotely - which is specially for those who are thinking of getting into nursing or becoming a paramedic has an impressive success rate.
Aimed at those aged over 19 the College's Access to Higher Education Diploma is a way onto university and last year 98% of students who took it and then applied to university, gained a place on their chosen course.
Careers it will suit could be: nursing, midwifery, paramedic science and social work.
As a distance learner you will receive live, remote teaching weekly and have full access to our support and wellbeing team for any academic and personal needs throughout your studies.
What are the entry requirements?
GCSE Grade C/4 in English and Maths. It is important to check with the university you wish to progress on to in case further GCSE subjects are required by them. How will I learn?There will be five hours of live teaching per week (1 hour per day) and 2.5 hours additional subject specific one to one group work per week. You will also receive a weekly one on one tutorial with a personal academic tutor.
