The pharmacy at St Chad's in Midsomer Norton is closed while ownership changes.

This has left the town with just the pharmacy on the High Street open.

While residents have been understandably concerned about the service one patient today ( September 8) has praised the hardworking staff.

Posting : "May I just say how amazing Midsomer Pharmacy was this morning. They have double the workload due to the chemist by St Chad's being temporarily closed, but despite this, they were quick, efficient and very conscious of their customers needs. Well done to you all. "

The pharmacy at St Chads is due to re-open in around 10 days time while all prescriptions are automatically being sent over to the High Street.
