Radstock Town Council has heard a presentation from a community energy company which is actively looking for new sites to get involved - they just need a roof space about the size of a tennis court.
Started in 2010, Bath and West Community Energy, is a not for profit community benefit society which is controlled by its members.

There was sustained applause tonight (Monday February 17)when Radstock Town Council unanimously declared a Climate Emergency.
Following some powerful opening statements from many members of the public, the council took a vote - and also agreed to formulate a plan of action.
A former Radstock teacher who called special educational needs pupils "retards" and "c**ts" has been banned from the profession.
Thomas Marshall abused vulnerable students who "had no voice" while he worked at Fosse Way School, a disciplinary panel heard.
The fire service from Frome, and from Shepton Mallet have been out this morning to an agricultural fire.
Two fire engines from Frome and Shepton Mallet were sent to reports of a tractor fire in Mells at just after ten o'clock.
When Nub News asked to sum up what you loved about Radstock in three words, some of our readers struggled to say something positive.
But there is a genuine strong love for the town, with families deeply attached to the history of Radstock and happy to have lived here for generations.

The Midsomer Norton Walking Football Team competed at a tournament in Clevedon,which was run by the Football Association.
Nine teams entered in total including some very experienced teams, some of whom featured ex professional players.
