Are you looking for a rewarding role where every day is different, and you can make a real difference to people and families in your community?

Sirona care & health will be hosting two events this November for support workers looking to take the next step in their healthcare career.

England's largest provider of adult and children's NHS community services will be showcasing what it can offer in terms of support, development, and employee benefits.

As an NHS funded employer, it offers Agenda for Change benefits including generous holiday entitlement, paid enhancements for bank holiday/night working, and the NHS pension scheme.

Nicki Carr, Associate Locality Director with Sirona care & health, said: "Community Support Workers are a critical part of our team, working with people and their families to restore independence and well-being in the place they call home.

"Whether you're looking to take the first step in your career or fancy a change, we'd love to hear about what inspires you to make a difference and how we can welcome you to Sirona."

If you enjoy working with individuals to support them to achieve their goals, improving quality of life and independence, then we'd love to meet you at one of the events or for you to get in touch via email or telephone.

There will be an opportunity to chat informally to members of our teams about flexible working, career development and how we can support you to achieve your potential.

This event is open to those who are looking to begin a career in community healthcare, ready to take their next step or who are just looking for a change.

Join us at Somerset Hall, Portishead (12.00pm – 6.00pm) and Bristol and Bath Science Park, Emersons Green (10.00am - 5.00pm).
