Local History Talk The Old Crafts of Somerset

Bygone Days Living History Talks supporting Radstock Museum, in March will welcome speaker Kate Lynch.

Kate spent two years working with people practicing old trades and crafts in Somerset making drawings and paintings of them at work and collecting their stories.

She will talk about the people she has met and the ancient craftsmanship she has witnessed. Her charcoal. drawings and paintings illustrate a remarkable world of history on our doorsteps.

This informative illustrated talk takes place on Tuesday 7th March 2023, 7:30pm, Somer Centre, Midsomer Norton. No Booking required. All proceeds go to support Somerset Coalfield Life at Radstock Museum. No booking required. £5 on the door and raffle tickets £1 per strip.
